摘要
对金樱子和茨实分别用乙醇提取,提取液配伍,加入培养基中伺养果蝇,以SOD活性、MDA含量评价抗氧化作用,以平均寿命、半数死亡时间和最高寿命评价延缓衰老作用,以F1和F2果蝇成虫数评价生育力。结果表明,水陆二仙丹具有延缓果蝇衰老和提高生育能力作用,金樱子用量等于或略多于芡实用量,作用更好。
Compatibilities of Shuiluerxiandan was extracted with ethanol, then, the extracts were added to the food in order to rased Drosophila Melanogaster, the antioxidant effect was evaluated by determining SOD activity and MDA content,the anti-aging result was assessed with the average life expectancy in half, the time of death and the highest lifetime,The fertility was appraised by calculating the number of F1 and F2 Drosophila Melanogaster adults.The results showed that Shuiluerxiandan had ability to anti-oxidation, anti-aging and improving the number of Drosophila Melanogaster Children,According to the above, the dosage of Jinyingzi equal or slightly more than that of Qianshi would have beter effect.
