实施西部大开发战略 ,给西部图书馆事业带来了机遇和挑战 ,本文论述了西部图书馆在西部大开发中如何抓住机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,充分发挥图书馆的作用 ,积极开发利用西部的知识信息和文献信息资源 。
Carrying out the western development strategy brought the western library under taking opportunity and challenge. This article discussed how the western library caught opportunity and met challenge during the western development, gave full play to the library effect. Postively exploited and made use of the western knowledge information and document information resource, did everyone's bit for quickening the science development of the west.
