摘要
自改革开放以来 ,中国朝鲜族的对外劳务输出业务取得了巨大成就 ,这不仅引起了人们的普遍关注 ,而且也成为学术界的研究热点。本文认为 ,朝鲜族的对外劳务输出业务是一项新兴事业 ,具有利国利民的积极意义 ,主要表现在 :为消化朝鲜族地区的过剩劳动力提供了渠道 ;增加了劳务人员的收入 ,使这一部分人先富起来 ,带动了朝鲜族地区经济的发展 ;为国家创造了外汇 ,支援了国家建设 ;提高了民族素质 ;有利于发展外交事业。在中国对外劳务输出事业不断发展完善的宏观背景下 ,朝鲜族应抓住机遇 ,采取措施 。
The external export of labour business of Chinese Korean Nationality has achieved great successes since the reform of our country. It not only causes people's universal attention, but also becomes the research emphasis in academic circles. This article thinks that the external export of labour business of the Korean nationality is a new and developing undertaking, having advanced significance of benefiting the countries and people. It shows that, affording channels in order to digest the excess labour force in the Korean Nationality area, in creasing the incomes of labour personnel and making this part of people rich first to bring along development of the Korean nationality area economy, bringing about the foreign exchange for country and supporting national construction, enhancing the national uality, advantageous to develop diplomatic undertaking. In the macroscopic background of continuously developing and perfecting Chinese external export of labour business, the Korean nationality should catch the opportunity, take measures, and compose a new chapter in Chinese export history of labour.
