摘要
利用喷雾干燥技术 ,使共轭亚油酸微囊化。对于不同的包埋剂和共轭亚油酸配比对微囊化产品质量的影响 ,以及产品的热稳定性和溶出度进行了研究。结果表明 ,合适的共轭亚油酸和包埋剂配比 ,能降低产品的表面油 ;在最佳酸方共轭亚油酸 :包埋剂Ⅰ :包埋剂II =6∶7∶4时 ,产品的抗氧化性优于原料共轭亚油酸 ,溶出度也符合药典要求。
s Using spying dry technology to microencapsulate conjugated linoleic acid, we studied the effects of different contents of conjugated linoleic acid and enveloped materials on the products quality, and we also studied the products heat stability and dissolve rate. The results showed that proper contents of conjugated linoleic acid and enveloped materials can reduce the products surface oil, and at the optimal contents of conjugated linoleic acid and enveloped materials(conjugated linoleic acid∶enveloped materials I∶enveloped materials II=6∶7∶4), the products oxygen stability is better than original oils, the dissolve rate is also accord with the codex.
