摘要
综述了禽类胚胎干细胞的分离培养条件。
This paper reviews the recent progress in the isolation and long-term culture of avian embryonic stem cells in vitro, selection of the feeder cells, condition medium and requirement of specific growth factors, specific molecular epitopes of avian ES cells and the genetic modification of avian ES cells. In addition the commercial applications of avian ES cell in the areas of biomedical research and molecular breeding are discussed.
