摘要
作者观察到锌缺乏时,幼鼠的体重、胸腺和脾脏绝对重、相对重以及胸腺、脾组织ADA活性均显著降低,以胸腺的重量和胸腺组织ADA活性降低为最。短期补充锌营养幼鼠体重、胸腺和脾重量及脾组织ADA活性增加至对照组水平,胸腺组织ADA活性亢进。表明:锌不仅是维持胸腺和脾发育的重要因素,也可能是ADA激活或促进ADA合成的重要物质。作者推测,锌缺乏的个体T细胞免疫功能下降较B细胞免疫功能下降更明显,可能与锌缺乏导致胸腺细胞ADA严重下降有直接关系。
This study on the thymus and spleendevelopment and ADA activity was done inyoung rats with zinc deprivation and sup-plementation.The serum for level, bodyweight,absolute and relative weight, andADA activity of the thymus and spleen werecompared between the experimental rats andthe oontrol group.Above indications were alldecreased; especially both the thymus weightand the thymus ADA activity were markedlydecreased in the zinc deficient group. Theaverages of thymic absolute weight, relativeweight and ADA activity were dropped by61.32%, 54.54% and 47.59%,respectively.After zinc supplementation for one month,all the body weight, weight of the thymusand spleen, and ADA activity of the spleenwere recovered to the control group's level,while ADA activity of the thymus was33.03% higher than that of the controlgroup.Our data suggested that zinc was notonly an important trace element in main-taining the growth of the body, the develop-ment of the thymus and spleen, but it maybe an important agent to activate the ADAor to prompt synthesis of ADA.
