摘要
研究光伏发电系统对现行电能计量装置的影响,分析光伏发电系统逆变器的工作原理,并给出逆变器输出的谐波成分。在此基础上根据现行电能计量装置工作机理,说明谐波影响电能计量的原理,论证光伏接入将对电能计量的准确性和公平性造成较大影响,最后给出了针对新情况下电能计量的改善措施。
In order to study the impact of photovoltaic on the existing power energy metering devices,the working mechanism of the inverter is analyzed,the harmonic components of the output of the inverter are given.According to the working mechanism of the existing power energy metering devices,the principle of harmonics affecting on power energy metering is described,and it is demonstrated that the photovoltaic will make a great impact on the accuracy and fairness of power energy metering,at last,some improvements of power energy metering in the new circumstances are proposed.
