摘要
青海某低品位铅锌矿含铅2.13%,含锌0.36%.针对原矿铅锌品位较低,铅锌矿物嵌布粒度较细等特征,确定采用铅锌混合浮选流程,获得铅精矿铅品位55.21%,含锌5.78%,铅回收率96.39%,并且原矿伴生的有用组分银也得到了有效地综合回收,混合精矿中银含量126g/t,回收率为43.59%.由于原矿中锌品位较低,无法得到合格锌精矿,因此进行锌入选品位试验探索,确定了当入选铅品位2%、锌品位0.6%以上时,可同时获得合格的铅精矿和锌精矿.
The low-grade lead-zinc deposit in Qinghai containing Pb2.13%,Zn0.36%.According to the ore characteristics of containing low-grade zinc and lead,and fine dissemination of lead-zinc minerals,a lead-zine bulk flotation process was determined on the lead-zinc sulfide orethrough beneficiation research,finally the lead concentrate containing 55.21% Pb,5.78% Zn and 126g/t Ag was obtained by the closedcircuit at recoveries of 96.39% Pb and 43.59% Ag.Due to the low-grade zinc,zinc concentrates can not be qualified,and therefore be selected grade zinc exploration test to determine when the selected grade of2%lead,zinc grade of more than 0.6%,while the lead concentrate and the zinc concentrate were obtained.
