摘要
第三次工业革命,全球进入信息化时代,因特网技术快速发展。20世纪90年代,互联网直接推动商务活动走向信息化、数字化,减少了商品流通的中间环节,大大降低了商品的流通成本,让终端消费者更加容易买到优质便宜的商品。然而电子商务是依托高效地物流系统发展起来的,物流配送被认为是电子商务的"最后一公里",物流发展和承载能力直接导致了消费者的购物体验和消费黏性,因此现在电子商务企业之间的竞争很大一部分是物流环节的竞争。本文介绍四种电子商务与物流企业互相跨界的模式,以具体的事例来分析几种模式,以此来研究出电子商务与物流企业跨界经营的新模式。
With the third industrial revolution and the world entered the information era, the Internet technology development rapidly. In the 90 s of last century, the emergence of new forms of Internet, e-commerce has become a mainstream development of the Internet. E-commerce has become increasingly strong, directly promote the business activities towards information technology, digitization, circulation of commodities has reduced intermediate links, greatly reducing the distribution costs of goods, so that consumers are more likely to buy high-end bargains. But e-commerce is relying efficient logistics system developed, logistics and distribution of e-commerce is considered the "last kilometer" logistics development and carrying capacity led directly to the consumer shopping experience and consumer stickiness, so now a large part of e-commerce business competition is the competition between the logistics chain. In this paper, through the interaction between e-commerce and logistics systems described, analyzed the development status of e-commerce and logistics courier moment to introduce the four cross-border e-commerce and logistics companies each model to analyze several concrete examples mode, in order to come up with a new model of e-commerce and cross-border management of logistics enterprises.
