摘要
为解决阜新大唐公司在生产过程中产生的废水污染问题,采用水质分析和吸附实验的方法,分析出煤气化废水经生化处理后仍含有大量的难降解大分子及有机污染物,COD较高,选择活性焦对气化废水进行吸附深度处理,通过试验研究确定了活性焦用量为40 g/L、p H在6~8、吸附时间120 min的条件下,气化厂SBR工艺出水COD为455 mg/L经过活性焦深度处理后出水COD降到125.6 mg/L,COD去除率可达85%取得较好指标.
In order to solve wastewater pollution which is caused by the production process of Datang Fuxin Coal-to-SNG Project, water quality analysis and adsorption test methods are adopted and the results show that after biochemical treatment the coal gasification wastewaterstill contains a large quantity of refractory macromolecules and organic pollutants, and COD is high. Therefore, active coke is used for further adsorption treatment of gasification wastewater. According to the experimental study, it is concluded that with the consumption of 40 g/L active coke with pH being in the range 6 to 8 and after 120 minutes of further adsorption, the COD in the outlet flow of gasification SBR process can be reduced from 455 mg/L to 125.6 mg/L. The COD removal ratio of 85% can be reached.
