摘要
目的:探讨改良导尿法在前列腺肥大(BPH)男性导尿中的应用效果。方法:选择我院收治的90例排尿困难的BPH男性作为研究对象,根据随机数字表将其平均分为研究组与对照组各45例。对照组患者按照导尿管常规留置操作方法给予导尿处理,观察组患者在此基础上采取改良导尿方法干预。结果:研究组Ⅱ级疼痛、Ⅲ级疼痛的发生率分别为4.44%和2.22%,显著低于对照组的57.78%和15.56%(P均<0.05);研究组患者一次性插管成功率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的62.22%(P<0.05)。结论:改良导尿法在BPH男性导尿中具有显著的应用效果,可以有效降低导尿时的疼痛程度,保障插管成功率。
Objective：To investigate the application effect of the improved urethral catheterization method on the catheterization for male benign prostate hypertrophy（BPH）.Methods：90 cases of dysuria in male BPH were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the random number table.Urethral catheterization was processed in the control group with the indwelling catheters in accordance with the routine operation method,while th observation group adopted the improved one on the basis of the routine operation method.Results：The occurrence rate of levelⅡ andⅢ pain in the observation group was 4.44% and 2.22% respectively,significantly lower than 57.78% and 15.56% respectively in the control group P〈0.05）;one-time success rate of intubation in the observation group was 95.56%,significantly higher than 62.22% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The improved urethral catheterization has better effect on the catheterization for male BPH.It can effectively reduce the pain degree during catheterization and ensure the success rate of intubation.
