摘要
目的探讨运用FixionTM可膨胀髓内钉治疗股骨干中、上段骨折的临床效果。方法选取2008年11月至2014年4月在我科运用FixionTM可膨胀髓内钉治疗股骨干中、上段骨折的患者60例,均为闭合性骨折。结果 60例患者切口均一期愈合,手术时间约(75.3±11.3)min,术后随访(11.1±1.7)个月,均骨性愈合,无感染,无肢体短缩及扭转,无延迟愈合、畸形愈合或骨不连发生。结论 FixionTM可膨胀髓内钉操作简便、快捷,手术创伤小;钉体强度高,能有效防止断钉。经临床运用治疗效果满意,是治疗长管状骨折的一种有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the Fixion^TM expandable intramedullary nail on treatment of middle-upper part of femoral shaft fracture. Methods From November 2008 to April 2014,60 patients with middle-upper part of femoral shaft fracture were treated with the FixionTM expandable intramedullary nail in our department. All were closed fracture. Results The surgical time was about（ 75.3 ± 11.3 ） min. The follow-up of all the 60 patients for （ 11.1 ± 1.7 ） months, revealed that all patients achieved bone union, no infection, no limb shortening and rotation, no delayed union, malunion or nonunion occur. Conclusion The FixionTM expandable intramedullary nail treatment has advantages of less invation, simpler manipulation, highly resistant to the rotational strength, prevent the breakage of the fixion, early functional exercise and accelerate the healing of fracture. The clinical effect is satisfactory. It is an effective method for treatment of long bone fracture.
