摘要
结合我校实际情况,构建了植物学野外实习成绩综合评价体系。综合评价体系由小组评价和个人评价两部分组成。小组评价由标本多样性、标本压制质量、采集记录、鉴定准确率、遵守纪律情况、上台纸质量、工具完好情况、小组汇报8个指标构成;个人评价由实习笔记、检索表使用能力、面试成绩、笔试成绩和实习总结5个指标构成。个人综合成绩由小组成绩和个人成绩组成,各占50%。实践证明,该综合评价体系能够客观反应学生的学习成绩、激发学生的积极性、巩固学习成果、培养团队协作能力、有助于强化管理。
Combined with the actual situation of Changzhi univercity, a comprehensive evaluation system of the field practice of botany was established,which was composed of group evaluation and individual evaluation. The group evaluation was composed of 8 indicators: the sample diversity, the quality of the specimen pressing, the collection and record, the identification accuracy, the discipline, the quality of the paper, the tool condition, the team report. The personal evaluation was composed of 5 indicators: the practice notes, the use ability of the retrieval table, interview result, written examination achievement and practice summary. Team and individual achievements account for 50% of the comprehensive score. The practice has proved that the comprehensive evaluation system can objectively reflect the students' learning performance, effectively stimulate the students' enthusiasm, and consolidate the results of learning. What' s more,it contributes to cooperatian and managment.
