摘要
水钢130T／H（8#锅炉）是水钢发展循环经济的煤气再利用发电供蒸汽环保型锅炉。投产以来，送引风调节执行器的故障频繁，影响锅炉的正常生产，通过对其技术改造，锅炉燃烧稳定，各被调参数动态偏差显著减少，实现了锅炉的优化燃烧。
130TPH boiler （No.8 boiler） is an environment-friendly dynamic boiler by means of coal gas recycle to develop recycling economy in Shuigang. Since the boiler was put into use, the blowing-in and induced-draft actuator always fails to work so as to hinder normal production. Through technical improvement, burning in boiler is stable, dynamic deviations of various controlled parameters decrease and optimal burning in boiler is realized.
