摘要
宗族组织于上世纪80年代在农村地区广泛复苏,作为我国传统文化的重要组成,其在传统社会时期为保障族人生活及地区社会稳定起到重要作用。然而当代宗族组织自身发展仍存在诸多问题,其保障性功能发挥更无从谈起。故以其保障功能为出发点,总结发展问题,探析发挥路径,使其在新时期拥有更多参与感与正面作用,对我国社会保障建设有所裨益。
Clan organization,as the important component of traditional Chinese culture,has widely recovered in rural areas in the 1980 s and plays a crucial role to protect clansmen＇s living and regional stability in traditional society. But contemporary clan organization has too many developmental problems to exert its security function. Taking security function as the starting point,we summarize the problems and analyze the solutions in order to make the contemporary rural clan get involved in and play a positive role in the new period which will benefit to the social security construction in our country.
