骨科门诊患者维生素D水平调查

摘要 目的调查骨科门诊患者维生素D水平。方法选取2011年1月至12月中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院骨科门诊就诊的12 535例患者中检查维生素D的患者879例,记录行维生素D检查患者的年龄、性别、25羟基维生素D(25 hydroxy vitamin D,25OHD)水平、症状。25OHD采用电化学发光法进行检测。结果骨科门诊行25OHD检测人数占总门诊量的7.01%(879/12 535),男性25OHD水平高于女性(P〈0.05),所有患者的维生素D均值为10.1μg/L,其中维生素D水平缺乏占90.6%(796例),维生素D水平不足占7.5%(66例),维生素D水平正常占1.9%(17例)。男性维生素D缺乏占85.5%,低于女性的95.0%,男女性比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。未发现年龄与25OHD水平呈线性相关(P=0.072),所有维生素D缺乏患者年龄服从正态分布(P=0.176),21~50岁年龄段所占人数最多。结论骨科门诊患者维生素D缺乏普遍,以青年为主,应加强门诊患者维生素D检测。 Objective To evaluate vitamin D status in the orthopaedic clinic patients. Methods To record the age,gender,25 hydroxy vitamin D( 25OHD) and symptoms of 879 patients who had been checked vitamin D concentration from 12 535 orthopaedic clinic patients from January 2011 to December 2011,according to the compute system.Statistic analysis was done by SPSS 12. 0 statistical package. The concentration of 25 OHD was measured by electrochemiluminescence. Results The percentage of the patients that had been checked vitamin D was 7. 01% in the orthopaedic clinic. The 25 OHD level of the male was higher than that of female. The mean value of 25 OHD in 879 patients was10. 1 μg / L,in which the incidence of vitamin deficiency was 90. 6%( 796 cases),and the incidence of vitamin D insufficiency was 7. 5%( 66 cases),but sufficient vitamin D status was only account for 1. 9%( 17 cases). The percentage of the vitamin D deficiency of the male( 85. 5%) was lower than that of female( 95. 0%). The vitamin D status was irrelevant to the age. The age of patients with vitamin D deficiency behaved to normal distribution. Vitamin D deficiency was common in the age of 21 to 50 years old. Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency is common in the orthopaedic clinic patients,especially in the young people. Vitamin D should be commonly checked in the orthopaedic clinic.
