摘要
培养创新人才是我国全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要保障。新时期我国创新人才培养问题有着深厚的理论根基和特定的现实需求。创新人才培养是知识经济发展的客观需求、创新型社会建设的关键所在。
The cultivation of innovative talents is an important guarantee to comprehensively build a well-off society and achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. In the new era, the cultivation of innovative talents in our country has been well grounded on a profound theoretical foundation and has specific and practical obligations and it is an objective demand of the development of knowledge economy and the key to the construction of innovation ori- ented society.
