摘要
介绍了一种应用于扶梯的底面合一水性自干防腐涂料体系,旨在实现高压混气喷涂一次性厚涂,并解决水性自干单涂层耐腐蚀性差的问题。通过电化学分析与盐雾测试探讨了防闪锈助剂、功能性缓蚀助剂、颜基比对涂层耐腐蚀性的影响,以及触变增稠剂对高压混气喷涂流挂与流平的影响。实验表明:涂膜性能可以达到或超过现有溶剂型醇酸体系,产品施工性良好,满足企业安全生产的需求。
A novel waterborne self-drying anticorrosive two-in-one coating system inte- grated with primer and topcoat applied in escalator has been introduced. The coating system can be applied via high pressure air spraying process to form a one-step high build film, and provides a solution to weak anticorrosive property of single waterborne self-drying film. The in- fluence of the flash rust resistant agent, functional corrosion retardant agent, pigment/binder ratio on anticorrosive performance of film is examined, meanwhile, the influence of the thixo- tropic thickener sagging and leveling properties of film formed by high pressure air spraying process is investigated. Compared with the solvent-based alkyd coatings, the waterborne coat- ing system has a better performance and can meet the requirements of the safely production.
