摘要 针对蒋庄煤矿坚硬煤层注水难的问题,为了提高注水渗透效率,引进CO2爆破致裂技术,利用瞬间释放高压气体,迫使煤层内部封闭裂隙相互沟通,形成可使水渗透到煤体内部相互关联的孔隙-裂隙网,从而起到提高煤层注水效率和软化煤层的效果。试验结果表明:采用CO2爆破致裂技术后,钻孔周边有效松动致裂范围明显增大,爆破致裂半径增加3~5m,注水后煤层含水率提高了2%,有效解决了坚硬煤层注水难的问题,从而提高了采煤效率、降低了开采过程中的粉尘率和煤机截齿的消耗量。 In order to increase water-injection ratio in hard coalseam,CO2blasting-fracture technology was introduced into Jiangzhuang Colliery. High-pressure gas simultaneously released made closed fissure connect mutually and formed pore-fissure network through which water was permeated into coal,thus coalseam water-injection effect and efficiency was improved. Test results showed that effective loosing and fracturing range surrounding boreholes obviously increased,blasting-fracture diameter increased 3 ~ 5m,and water content of coal body increased 2% after CO2 blasting. This technology effectively solved water-injection difficult problem,improved coal mining efficiency and reduced dust ratio and consumption of cutting pick.
