免疫增强剂对新城疫-禽流感二联三价灭活疫苗抗体水平影响 被引量:2

Study on immunostimulants on newcastle disease and avian influenza affected trivalent inactivated vaccine antibody levels

摘要 本研究旨在通过将不同种免疫增强剂与正常抗原含量及减量抗原含量的新城疫(La Sota株),禽流感(H5N1亚型Re-6株、Re-7株)5倍浓缩抗原按一定比例混合,制备成新城疫-禽流感二联三价灭活疫苗,分别免疫SPF鸡。同时用不加免疫增强剂的新城疫-禽流感二联三价灭活疫苗免疫SPF鸡作为对照组。结果表明,通过监测鸡免疫后不同天数的血清抗体水平,经方差分析得知,相比于对照组的抗体水平,其中添加有囊素多肽、黄芪多糖、灰树花多糖的疫苗免疫鸡后产生的抗体水平均呈显著提高,而香菇多糖与猪苓多糖则与对照组无显著性差异。结果提示,在抗原含量正常或减量的情况下,囊素多肽、黄芪多糖、灰树花多糖能起到抗体增强的效果,使其达到既能增强抗体又能降低成本的实用效果。 The study was designed by the different types of immune enhancer and normal antigen content and the reduction of the antigen content of Newcastle(La Sota strain),avian influenza A(H5N1 Re-6 strain and Re-7 strain) five times concentrated antigen mixed in certain proportions prepared Newcastle and avian influenza trivalent inactivated vaccine,SPF chickens were immunized. At the same time,as a control group with Newcastle disease without immune enhancer and avian influenza trivalent inactivated vaccine SPF chickens. The results showed that the serum antibody levels by different days after immunizating monitoring chicken. Analysis of variance that comparing to the antibody levels between the control group,the antibody levels of produced with vaccine add Bursin polypeptides,APS and grifolan showed a significant increase. However,the group with Lentinan and PUPS was no significant difference between the control group. The results suggests that immunopotentiator with Bursin polypeptides,APS and grifolan can play an enhanced effect of the antibody in the case of reduction or normal on the antigen content,it is also enhance antibody but to reduce the cost of economic effect.
