摘要
目的观察米非司酮配伍甲氨蝶呤结合综合护理治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年2月至2015年5月收治的97例异位妊娠患者的临床资料,其中米非司酮配伍甲氨蝶呤结合基础护理治疗47例(对照组),米非司酮配伍甲氨蝶呤结合综合护理治疗50例(治疗组)。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为85.11%和82.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率分别为17.02%和12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍甲氨蝶呤结合综合护理治疗异位妊娠的疗效良好,能有效降低药品不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of mifepristone and methotrexate combine with synthetic nursing in treating ectopic pregnancy. Methods 97 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy from February 2012 to May 2015 were analyzed. Among them,47 cases were treated by methotrexate and methotrexate combine with basic nursing（ control group）,and 50 cases were treated by mifepristone and methotrexate combine with synthetic nursing（ treatment group）. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82. 00%,which had no statistically significant difference with 85. 11% of the control group（ P 〉 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 12. 00%,which was significantlylower than 17. 02% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Mifepristone and methotrexate combined with synthetic nursing is effective for treating ectopic pregnancy,can reduce the adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
