摘要
为改善某露天矿生产爆破中在炸药单耗确定的情况下存在大块率和尾矿率较高、爆破后底板不平整出现根底与洼地等情况,对相关爆破参数进行理论分析研究,设计了4组爆破方案。建立的多层次模糊综合评价模型对爆破方案进行综合评价,得出决策后针对爆破方案进行现场深孔台阶爆破试验。采用SplitDesktop 3.1软件对爆破后岩石块度和爆破开挖后根底情况进行统计分析,得出了该矿区的最佳爆破方案,钻孔直径120 mm,炮孔超深0.5 m,炮孔底部间隔高度0.5 m,炮孔密集系数1.5,底盘抵抗线4.5 m,炮孔充填长度3.5 m,采用三角形布孔。
In order to improve the big boulder yield, tailing ratio and uneven floor in open pit blasting with certain specific charge, the related blasting parameters were studied by theoretical analysis and four blasting schemes were put forward. With muhi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the deep hole bench blasting scheme was chosen on site. The software Split-Desktop 3.1 was used to analyze the rock fragmentation and bench floor after blasting, and the optimized scheme was obtained in mine, including the drilling diameter 120 mm, the ultra-deep bore- holes 0.5 m,the bottom of borehole clearance height 0.5 m, the blast hole density factor 1.5, the bottom burden 4.5 m, the stemming length 3.5 m and triangular hole arrangement.
