石墨烯负载的Pd-Co双金属催化剂催化合成γ-十一内酯

摘要 γ-十一内酯是一种极具应用价值的化工原料。采用化学还原法制备出石墨烯负载的Pd-Co催化剂(Pd-Co(x∶y)/G;x∶y为Pd与Co的质量比)并将其应用于催化剂正辛醇和丙烯酸合成γ-十一内酯的反应。对所制催化剂采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)及场发射透射电子显微镜(TEM)等进行表征。同时,考查不同因素对于反应的影响,最终得到γ-十一内酯的产率为85%的极佳结果。 γ-undecalactone is an important organic chemical material. Pd-Co/G catalysts were prepared by chemical reduction method and used in the synthesis of γ-undecalactone by octanol and acrylic acid. X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to detect the catalysts The catalytic activity and selectivity was assessed in view of the effects of different factors. Finally,the best result of 85% yield of γ-undecalactone was obtained.
