高速发展的互联网已经广泛渗透到各个国家的政治、经济、文化、社会、教育和家庭中。本文分析了黑龙江省科技查新工作的现状和新时期"互联网+"科技查新工作的特点,并探讨了黑龙江省科技查新工作在新时期的服务对策。
High speed development of the Internet has been widely penetrated into the various countries of the political, economic, cultural, social, education and family. The paper is to analyse the current situation and characteristics of sci-tech novelty retrieval work in Heilongjiang Province, and discuss the relevant service countermeasures.
