摘要
利用离子交联法制备壳聚糖-甲基异噻唑啉酮纳米微球(CS-MIT),通过吸附在微纤化纤维素(MFC)的表面制备MFC/CS-MIT复合抗菌剂,采用TEM对微球形貌检测,微球呈球形形状,其粒径在10 nm左右,并对抗菌纸的物理性能和抗菌性能进行测定。结果表明:抗菌纸的抗张指数和耐破指数随着MCF/CS-MIT的添加量增加而先增大后减小,在添加量为5%时抗张指数达到最大值为43.78 N·m·g^(-1);而MCF/CS-MIT的添加量对抗菌纸的撕裂指数影响较小;添加MFC/CS-MIT的抗菌纸对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有较好的抑制作用。
In this paper,the chitosan-methylisothiazolinone complex was prepared by ionic gelation method,and the adsorption of CS- MIT complex on the microfibrillated cellulose(MFC) to prepared MFC/CS- MIT complex antibacterial agent.According to determination of TEM,it was found that the micospheres exhibited spherical,and the particle size was about 10 nm.The physical properties and antibacterial properties of antibacterial paper were determined,the results indicate that the tensile index of the antibacterial paper increases then decreases with increasing of the MFC/CTS- MIT.When the addition amount of MFC/CTSMIT increased to 5%,the maximum of the tensile index was 43.78 N·m·g-1,and he addition amount of MFC/CTS- MIT has less affect on the tearing index.The antibacterial tests indicated that the paper sheets exhibited remarkable antibacterial activities against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus after adding the complex into the paper.
