摘要
利用Fluent软件的RNG k-ε湍流模型,对一种含隔板干燥喷嘴进行数值模拟,运用CFD-Post后处理器将数值模拟数据转变为图表形式,对热风速度、压强、稳定性进行分析。含隔板喷嘴热风速度及压强变化为渐变过程,有利于基材运动的平稳。
The Non-clapboard Nozzle＇s Velocity and Pressure were simulated numerically by the RNG k-e turbulent model in FLUENT.The simulated data were used to draw tables and charts by using the CFD-Post.According tables and charts,the air speed,pressure,stability can be evaluated.The speed and pressure of the clapboard nozzle changed slowly,so it is in favor of the stability of the base material.
