阿卡波糖联合调整生活方式改善糖调节受损人群腹围状况的研究 被引量:1

Efficacy of Acarbose in combination with life style modification on waist circumference in patients with impaired glucose tolerance

摘要 目的观察阿卡波糖治疗前后对IGR人群WC的影响。方法施行饮食和运动治疗半月后,选取2hPG>7.8mmol/L的IGT患者46例,后在饮食运动治疗基础上再加用阿卡波糖干预治疗3个月。采用自身配对法,比较试验前后胰岛β细胞功能与WC变化。结果阿卡波糖干预前后,受试者胰岛β细胞功能得到改善,FIns和2hIns分泌减少,早期胰岛素分泌指数(ΔI_(30)/ΔG_(30))升高,BMI和WC降低(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,TG和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及胰岛细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)改变与WC减少相关(P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖联合生活方式治疗能改善IGR人群胰岛β细胞功能,减少WC与腹部脂肪堆积。 Objective To investigate the effect of acarbose on waist circumference(WC)in patients with IGR. Methods A total of 46 subjects with IGT(2hPG〉7.8mmol/L)were selected in this study.All the subjects were given diet and exercise treatment for half a month and then treated with acarbose for 3 months in combination with life style modification.Self-paired method was adopted to compare isletβcell function and WC before and after the treatment. Results After acarbose treatment for 3 months,isletβcell function were markedly improved.Insulin secretion of Fins and 2 hIns decreased,early insulin secretion index(ΔI_(30)/ΔG_(30))significantly increased,and BMI and WC were reduced significantly(P〈0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that there was correlation between WC and TG,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and isletβ-cell function index(HOMA-β)(P〈0.05). ConclusionAcarbose in combination with life style modification can improve isletβ-cell function in patients with IGR and reduce WC and abdominal fat accumulation as well.
