红三叶种质的耐盐性评价及对盐胁迫的生理响应 被引量:4

Evaluation of Salt Tolerance and Physiological Response of Red Clover Under Salt Stress

摘要 以美国品种"雷迪"为对照,对10份耐寒性较好的红三叶种质进行耐盐性综合评价,并对盐胁迫下3种典型材料的生理响应进行了初步研究。结果表明:标准差系数赋予权重法能够定量的评价出每份材料的耐盐能力,具有很强的科学性和合理性。供试种质中耐盐能力较强的材料是‘Z1308’和‘Z1310’,‘07p-3188’的耐盐能力最弱。盐胁迫后3种典型材料的游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均增加,不同材料的变化幅度不同。耐盐性较强种质‘Z1308’的可溶性糖含量和SOD活性的累计增加量显著高于耐盐性较弱种质‘07p-3188’,而游离脯氨酸和MDA含量显著低于‘07p-3188’。 By compared with‘Reddy'introduced from USA,a comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance of 11 red clover germplasms with higher cold resistance was studied under different NaCl concentration(0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6% 0.8%and 1.0%)in this study,and the physiological response was also studied.The results showed that the standard deviation coefficient allocation weighted method could quantify salt tolerance of all materials,and had strong scientific and reasonable properties.‘Z1308'and‘Z1310'had stronger salt tolerance among all the materials,while the‘07p-3188'was the lowest.The contents of free proline,soluble sugar,MDA content and SOD activity were considerably increased by an increase of salt concentration.The increasing of soluble sugar content and SOD activity of‘Z1308'which had the highest salt tolerance was significantly higher than‘07p-3188'which had the lowest salt tolerance,constantly,the increasing of contents free proline and MDA was lower than‘07p-3188'.
