摘要 文章介绍了消防安全工程性能设计方法和该方法目前在世界各国的应用和发展情况 ,同时阐述了如何应用性能设计方法 ,分析。 The paper introduces the performance based fire safety design and its application and edvelopment in some countries.Then it discusses how to use the performance based design to andlyze and solve the fire safety problems existing in the steel structured public buildings.
