国外高校研究生助教培训机制及启示 被引量:5

Overseas University Teaching Aides of Master Candidates:Training Mechanism and its Inspiration

摘要 随着研究生助教工作的深入开展,培训工作成为保障教学质量、提高研究生专业水平的重要途径。国外高校普遍采用培训会议、工作坊、研讨会、在线课程、讲座、宣传手册、同行指导等方式,对研究生助教进行教育政策、教学技能、道德规范、工作安全等方面的培训。借鉴国外高校经验,我国宜明确研究生助教工作的功能定位,强化培训意识;建立学校-学部∕院系所-指导教师三级培训体系;丰富培训内容,突出个性化需求;拓展培训形式,建立全程式培训机制;严格培训考评,认证培训效果,在保障本科生教学质量的前提下,提高研究生的专业能力。 With the further development of arrangement of teaching aides of master candidates( AMC),the training of the aides has become essential to guarantee the quality of teaching and improving of the professional ability of the master candidates. In overseas universities,AMCs are trained in educational policies,teaching skills,morals and working security by means of meetings,workshop,research conferences,online courses,lectures,manuals and peer guidance. Inspired by the overseas practices,we should clearly define the function of AMC,enhance the training of AMCs,establish the triple system of school-academic section / department-tutors,enrich the contents of training with emphasis on individual characteristics,broaden the form of training,construct a whole course training system,be rigorous with evaluation and result,and improve the training of AMCs under the condition of high quality undergraduate education.
