摘要
借助由 X射线衍射法、DSC法测定的结晶度和沸水收缩率、自然拉伸比、声速取向因子等指标 ,描述了纺丝速度在 1~ 5 km/ min内变化的阳离子染料可染型共聚酯 (CDP)卷绕丝的超分子结构 ;同时对不同第三单体含量的 CDP纤维热处理后部分超分子结构参数、收缩性能作了研究。结果表明 ,在实验范围内 ,CDP卷绕丝的结晶、取向程度均随着纺丝速度的增加而增加 ;随第三单体含量增多 ,纤维结晶、取向程度减小。
The supermolecular structure of CDP spun filament at different spinning speed from 1000 to 5000 m/min was characterized by boiling water shrinkage, natural draw ratio, sonic velocity orientation factor and the crystallinity by means of WAXD and DSC. After heat treatment, the supermolecular structure of CDP fiber at different third monomer content was studied. In the range of experiment, the crystallinity and orientation of CDP spun filament increased with the increase of spinning speed. The crystallinity and orientation of CDP spun filament decreased and the drying shrinkage increased with the increase of third monomer content.
