摘要
结合伺服电动注塑机特点,提出了电动注塑机控制系统的硬件框架和软件构成,重点研究了基于速度环节的压力闭环控制算法思想,并经实验验证算法准确可靠。分析了压力波形追随控制和闭环增益跟踪人工智能技术在电动注塑机上的应用,为我国伺服电动注塑机发展提供了依据和理论参考。
Combined with the property of servo-electric operated injection molding, points out the hardware structure and software assembly of electric operated injection molding machine control system, this paper stressed studying calculation thought of closed pressure control based on velocity, by practice proved this calculation is accaracy and reliable. It also analyzed the pressure wave which follows control and closed gain which follows manpower intelligence technology used in electric operated injection molding machine. This has provided theory and basis for developing our servo-electric operated injection molding machine.
