摘要
目的:通过研究五味子、乌梅对广泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的抑菌作用,为临床治疗其感染寻找新的出路。方法:采用中药抗菌试验试管倍比稀释法测定药物的最低抑菌浓度。结果:五味子、乌梅对60株广泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌有一定的体外抑菌作用,最小抑菌浓度均值分别为63.54 mg/m L,58.85 mg/m L。结论:五味子、乌梅对60株广泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌有一定的抑菌作用,本地与外地收集的菌株,抑菌作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Objective : To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of schisandra and jaume on extensively drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii as well as a novel route to the treatment of clinical infection. Methods : The minimum inhibiting concentrations(MICs) of drugs were determined by antibacterial test with doubling dilution in tube.Results : Both schisandra and jaume showed inhibitory effects on the 60 extensively drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains,of which the mean MICs were 63.54 and 58.85 mg/m L respectively. Conclusion : Schisandra and jaume showed a certain inhibitory effect on 60 extensively drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains,which showed no difference in local and nonlocal isolates(P〈0.05).
