摘要
针对直接处理沉后水的炭砂一体池,以中试试验、分析运行和处理效果,优化工艺参数。结果表明:滤料厚度宜为1 300 mm活性炭、500 mm均质石英砂;过滤滤速可8~12 m/h;过滤周期为24~48 h;有机物和氮的去除贯穿整个滤床,亚硝酸盐则主要在上层氧化;运行成熟后,滤料层内可形成生物膜和菌胶团,具有微生物降解和活性炭吸附双重作用。
The parameters of the carbon-sand filter were studied in a pilot experiment to treat the effluent of sedimentation.The results show that the thickness of the filter materials is preferably 1 300 mm of the activated carbon and 500 mm of uniform quartz sand. Filtration rate ranged from 8 to 12 m/h and filter cycle from 24 to 48 hours. Removal of the organic matters and nitrogen existed in the entire filter bed, and the nitrite is mainly oxidized on the upper side; when the operation comes steady, the layer of filter materials can form the biofilm and zoogloea, with the dual function of micro-biological degradation and activated carbon adsorption.
