摘要 该文首先从工程录井中的应用实例入手,以典型的正反两个方面的经验论述了工程录井区别于传统地质录井的实时性、量化性及全过程的直观真实记录的特点。它在井下钻具动态监测、钻机故障判断、地层压力预测与检测、钻井液溢漏监测、优选钻井参数、降低工程成本、提高井队企业管理水平上都具有独特的优势。文章对钻具事故、地层压力、井涌井漏等预测方法,进行了归纳、分析;展望了工程录井的应用前景,指出将在如下方面显示出强大的生命力。(1)为优化钻井提供随钻支持;(2)为钻井工程提供管理手段;(3)建立数据通讯网络,扩充、共享井场信息资源、深化工程监控技术;(4)与随钻测量和测井技术接轨;(5)定向井、水平井工程录井配套技术。 Starting from introducing real examples of engineering logging,the paper deals with engineering logging′s properties of real time,quatification and directly recording true data which distinguish with traditional geologging by giving pros and cons experiences.The engineering logging has special advantages in monitoring downhole drilling vibration,diagnosing drilling rig fault,predicting formation pressure,monitoring the gain and loss of drilling fluid,optimizing drilling parameters,cutting down engineering cost and improving administration level of drill team.The author sums up and analyses detecting methods of drilling tool acccidents,formation pressure,well kick and loss and looks into the application future of the engineering logging and indicates that it will show its strong power in the following aspects:(1)providing support for optimization drilling while drilling;(2)furnishing administration means for drilling engineering ;(3)setting up data communication net,expanding and common sharing wellsite informatoion sources,deepening engineering monitoring technique (4)matching directional, horizontal and engineering logging together; (5)providing technical service for directional and horizontal dirlling.
