摘要
研究了在位聚合方法制得煤 /聚苯胺导电复合材料过程中引发剂量、质子酸浓度、聚合时间、聚合温度及煤样类型对该复合材料导电性的影响 ,结果发现 :所选煤样中 ,SF煤参与制得的煤 /聚苯胺复合材料电阻率降低最多 ,近十个数量级 .通过控制制备条件 ,可制得电阻率最低为 3.66Ω· cm的煤 /聚苯胺导电复合材料 .和纯聚苯胺相比 ,电导率下降不大 ,原料成本却下降 41 .2 % ,而且其最佳聚合温度易于控制 ,这为煤
Coal/Polyaniline composites were synthetized by inducing aniline monomer inserted into pores,molecular sieve structure and aromatic layers of coal to polymerize in situation.Effects of the initiator amount,the concentration of proton acid,polymerizing time and temperature,different coal samples on the conductivity of coal/polyaniline composites were inquired.The result shows:In all the selected coal samples,the resistivity of SF coal/polyaniline composites was dropped mostly by 10 10 times.Composites' resistivity could be dropped to 3.66 Ω·cm by the control of preparing conditions.Compared with pure polyaniline,composites'conductivity was dropped a little and material cost was dropped by 41.2%,and the best polymerization temperature was easily controled,which provided possibilities for the industrilization of coal/polyaniline composites.
