摘要
在 D1 0 0 mm加压固定床气化炉装置上 ,分别进行了鹤壁三矿、孙村矿、华丰矿和朝阳矿五个煤种的空气气化和纯氧气化试验研究 .结果表明 :五煤种均具有强和很强的粘结性 ,经部分破粘预处理后 ,成功地进行了四矿五煤种的小试试烧 。
All five coal samples of third mine of Hebi,Suncun coal mine,Huafeng coal mine and Chao Yang coal mine have separately been gasified in the pressurized fixed bed gasifier(ID 100 mm),gasification test mediums:air,pure oxygen and steam.Study indications:five coal samples of four coal mines all have strong and very strong caking,small scale of gasification test of them were successfully carried out after part decaking explore treatment,gasification data obtained can used as references in the feasible studies and project design of underground gasification.
