摘要
本文结合快递行业在我国电子商务的蓬勃发展及微利时代背景,深入分析我国民营快递企业当前存在的员工培训缺乏,人才资源不足;市场定位不明,竞争手段单一;管理水平不高,设备技术落后等问题。文章从加强人才培养,提升人员素质;运用"大数据",降低物流成本;建设信息网络,提升服务质量;提供增值服务,提高企业竞争力;强化企业合作,顺应行业趋势;开展国际业务,拓宽市场范围六个方面,提出了我国民营快递企业在微利时代的发展对策建议。
With the rapid development of electronic commerce in China and under the background of the tiny profit era,the paper deeply analyzes the problems in private express enterprises in China,such as lack of staff training,lack of human resources,lack of market positioning,lack of competition means,relatively low level of management,and backward equipment and technologies,etc..This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of China's private express enterprises in the era of tiny profit from six aspects:strengthening personnel training,improving the quality of personnel,using the "big data",reducing logistic costs,building information networks,improving service quality,providing value-added services,improving enterprise competitiveness,strengthening enterprise cooperation,carrying out international business,and expanding market scope,etc.
