人工耳蜗植入术儿童多频稳态诱发反应与NRT值和T值的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨人工耳蜗植入术儿童多频稳态诱发反应(multiple auditory steady state responses,ASSR)阈值与手术后1年神经反应遥测(neural response telemetry,NRT)阈值及行为反应阈值(T-level,T级)的相关性。方法将128例澳大利亚Freedom人工耳蜗植入患儿,依据术前多频稳态诱发电位高、中、低频有无残余听力,分别分为有残余听力组和无残余听力组,测定其术后1年NRT阈值及行为反应阈值,并分析对比其差异性。结果高、中、低频有残余听力组患儿术后1年NRT阈值及行为反应阈值均低于无残余听力组患儿,两者统计学比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论术前依据多频稳态检测结果分组,两组术后神经反应遥测阈值及行为反应阈值具有显著差异,故人工耳蜗植入术患儿术前进行多频稳态检测,可以预估其术后听力反应,且可作为术耳选择参考条件之一。 Objective To learn the relationship between the multiple auditory steady state responses(ASSR)threshold and neural response telemetry(NRT) value and behavior T-level in cochlear implants in children. Methods 128 children with Freedom cochlear implants were divided into residual hearing group and no residual hearing group in this study. To test the differentce of NRT value and behavior T-level in 12 months after the operation. Results There was significandy different in NRT value and behavior T-level between residual hearing group and no residual hearing group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Residual hearing group and no residual hearing group based on ASSR test result ,there are significantly different between NRT value and behavior T-level. It is feasible to confer the hearing threshold of children with cochlear implants by determining the threshold of ASSR.
