基于视觉舒适的心内科CICU空间光照实验研究——4000K色温条件下照度、照明方式对医患满意度的影响作用 被引量:11

摘要 深入调研了目前心内科心脏重症监护病房(CICU)的光照环境,结果显示存在的主要问题有:1)照度偏低,2)照明方式不当引起的不舒适眩光,3)灯具配光不合理,4)光源色温过高,以上原因均降低了病患与医护人员的视觉舒适。本研究以健康光照环境的视觉需求为切入点,搭建了CICU模拟空间,设计了不同光照环境实验场景,通过主观评价及生理指标监测,探讨4000K色温条件下照度、照明方式对医患满意度的影响作用。结果显示:1)当照度为200lx时,病患的满意度达最大值。2)在照度一定的情况下,间接照明的比例与病患的满意度成正相关。3)当照度在100、200、400lx时,照度值与医护的满意度成正相关。4)在照度一定的情况下,不同照明方式与医护的满意度并未呈现显著线性关系。 This study surveyed the lighting environment in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit( CICU).The results indicated that:1) the illuminance is lower than required;2) improper lighting modes cause discomfort glare;3) the light distribution of the lamps is not optimized;4) the light sources are at cool white color temperature.All the situations above caused visual discomfort to the patients and staff.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to find a healthy lighting condition in CICU which is good for the visual comfort.A simulated CICU with different lighting scenarios was built.This work studied the impact of illuminance and lighting modes on patients and staff's satisfaction at color temperature of 4000 K by subjective questionnaires and physiological data.The results showed that:1) patients ' satisfaction reached maximum at illumination of 200 lx;2) the proportion of indirect illumination is positively correlated to the degree of patients' satisfaction at a certain illumination level;3) the illumination was positively correlated to staff's satisfaction when the illumination levels were 100,200 and 400 lx;4) there is no significant linear correlation between different lighting modes and staff 's satisfaction at a certainillumination.
