简易子宫压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床效果分析 被引量：33

摘要 目的分析简易子宫压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床效果。方法随机选取金坛市人民医院2012年4月-2015年4月收治的80例剖宫产术中产后出血患者,依据治疗方法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予改良B-Lynch缝合术治疗,研究组患者给予简易子宫压迫缝合术治疗。对两组患者的术中出血量、止血时间、恶露干净时间、子宫恢复正常时间、月经恢复时间及并发症发生情况进行统计分析。结果研究组术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),止血时间、恶露干净时间、子宫恢复正常时间、月经恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论简易子宫压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床效果显著,值得推广。
