摘要
小微企业作为促进经济社会发展的重要动力,其健康发展至关重要。与大中型企业相比,小微企业在人才、技术和资源等方面处于劣势,其发展需得到政府相关部门更多的支持。大众创业的初创组织形态是小微企业,大众创业的可持续性侧重于考察已创业小微企业的成长性和未来发展潜力。通过发放调查问卷考察北京地区小微企业与政府部门的合作和交往情况,实证研究政企关系对小微企业经营业绩和大众创业可持续性的影响。研究结果表明,小微企业与政府部门之间长期、稳定的合作关系能够提高其自身的经营业绩,但短期内多次交往对于小微企业的经营业绩没有影响。而从长远来说,小微企业与政府部门的关系,对于大众创业的可持续性不具有明显的积极影响。
As an important driving force to promote economic and social development,it is crucial for micro- enterprises to keep healthy development. This paper investigates cooperation and exchanges between micro- enterprises and the government by questionnaire survey in Beijing,and empirically studies the effect of government- enterprise relationships on the operating performance of micro- enterprises and the sustainability of public entrepreneurship. The result shows that if the relationship between micro- enterprises and the government is long and stable,it will be beneficial to the operating performance of micro- enterprises,but if the contact is frequent in short time,it will not be helpful to improve operating performance. However,in the long run,government- enterprise relationships don＇t have an obvious positive impact on the sustainability of public entrepreneurship.
