摘要
以企业知识管理流程为切入点,通过对员工知识满意度影响因素的分析,确定了员工知识满意度的指标体系。在此基础上,通过对102名不同行业在职员工关于知识满意度各影响因素的不同作用效果调查,利用因子分析法对调查数据进行统计分析,得出影响企业员工知识满意度的主要因子包括传递源因子、相关利益因子以及个体差异因子。最后,依据分析结果提出提升企业员工知识满意度的建议。
This paper starts with the enterprise knowledge management process, determines the index system of employee satisfaction of knowledge through the analysis of the impact factors. Based on the index system, this paper analyses the data came from a survey of 102 full time employees from different industries by using factor analysis to find out the different effect of the factors . At last, the paper find the main factors affecting the employee satisfaction of knowledge, including the transfer source factor, the relevant benefit factor and the individual difference factor. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction of knowledge according to the statistical results.
