摘要
目的探讨采血车内采血护理的方法和效果,总结质量监控措施。方法选取我中心采血车内2015年1~6月无偿献血者240例,按照不同护理方法分为两个组别,其中对照组、试验组各120例。评估护理满意程度,观察采血不良反应。结果试验组护理满意116例（96.7%）,高于对照组102例（85.0%）;采血不良反应发生率均低于对照组。P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论优质护理应用在无偿献血者中具有作用,工作人员需要加强过程监控、提高综合素质,确保采血工作的安全性。
Objective To explore the methods and effect of blood collection and to sum up the quality control measures. Methods 240 cases of blood donation in January to June 2015 in our center were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods. The control group and the experimental group were 120 cases. Assess the degree of satisfaction of nursing,and observe the adverse reactions of blood collection. Results The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 116 cases（96.7%）,were higher than the control group 102 cases（85.0%）,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Quality nursing application in blood donors has a role. The staff need to strengthen the process monitoring,improve the overall quality to ensure the safety of blood collection work.
