摘要
目的探讨血浆和浓缩红细胞不同比例输注对产后大出血的治疗效果。方法选择产后大出血28例患者,甲、乙、丙组采用浓缩红细胞与血浆配比分别是1:8、1:4、1:1,观察大量输血治疗效果。结果乙、丙两组产后大出血症状控制时间短于甲组,且丙组优于乙组。结论采用浓缩红细胞与血浆配比1:1方案进行输血治疗效果更为理想。
Objective To investigate plasma and packed red blood cells transfusion in different proportions of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 28 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage,A,B,C using packed red blood cells and plasma ratios were 1 ：8,1 ：4,1 ：1. Observed the massive transfusion therapy. Results B,C groups of control symptoms of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly shorter than Group A,and Group C was superior than Group B. Conclusion The effect of packed red blood cells and plasma ratio of 1 ：1 for transfusion treatment is more ideal.
