摘要
教师专业成长不仅是提升教师个体素质、水平的重要方法和手段,也是促进学校整体发展和进步的重要途径和内在动力。各高校应进一步明晰学校自身发展与教师专业成长之间的关系,并从营造良好文化氛围、健全教师认证与聘任制、注重学术自由与学术自治、注重教师自我发展意识和反思能力培养等层面,多管齐下,促进教师个体素质和整体水平的全面提升。
Teachers' professional development is not only the important way and mean to improve the qual- ity and level of individual teacher, and also the important way and intrinsic motivation to promote the overall development and progress of schools. Universities should further clarify the relationship between the school de- velopment and the teachers'professional growth, and create a good culture atmosphere, perfect teacher certifi- cation and appointment, pay attention to academic freedom and academic autonomy, strengthen teacher educa- tion and training, strengthen teacher- student communication and interaction, focus on the teachers'awareness of self - development and the ability to reflect and so on, and take multi - pronged approach to promote the o- verall improvement of the teacher's individual quality and overall level.
