摘要
农业生态环境脆弱性与区域自然、社会、经济条件密切相关。文章根据亚热带稻作区农业生态环境时间变化特点,从区域的资源条件、设施现状、区域环境响应、经济能力四方面构建脆弱性时间演变评价指标体系。实证研究以衡阳盆地为例,运用主成分分析法,分析农业生态环境脆弱性的时间演变规律。结果表明,衡阳盆地21世纪以来,农业生态环境脆弱度指数以轻度脆弱为主,呈明显下降趋势。脆弱性演变大约分为三个阶段,即2000-2001年为脆弱性快速下降阶段,2002-2010为脆弱性波动下降阶段,2011-2012年为脆弱性稳定下降阶段。区域的经济能力是影响农业生态环境脆弱性的主要驱动因子。研究结果与实际情况基本相符。此研究能为研究区农业适应性调控策略的制定提供依据。
The vulnerability of agricultural eco-environmental is closely related to the natural, social and economic conditions. Based on the characteristics of temporal evolution of agricultural eco-environmental in subtropical rice areas, we structure the index system of agricultural eco-environmental vulnerability （AEV） which includes regional resource condition, Regional envi- ronmental response, facility status and economic ability. The empirical is Hengyang basin. Principal component analysis （PCA） is adopted in this paper, and AEV is calculated from 2000 to 2012. The results show that AEV is mild fragile in Hengyang basin in most years, and AEV decreased significantly as the year goes on. The Evolution of vulnerability is divided roughly into three stages from 2000 to 2012 in Hengyang basin. The vulnerability fell quickly from 2000 to 2001, it declined in volatility from 2002 to 2010, and it fell from 2011 to 2012. Economic capacity are the main driving factors of the vulnerability of agricultural eco-environmental. The result tallies with the actual situation on the whole. The research can provide the basis for the regulation strategies of agricultural adaptation in Hengyang basin.
