摘要
目的评估中西医结合治疗婴幼儿湿疹(湿热证)的临床疗效。方法 258例患儿随机分为中西药组(中药洗浴联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏)91例、中药组(中药洗浴)85例、西药组(丁酸氢化可的松乳膏)82例,治疗1周后根据湿疹皮损EASI评分和瘙痒程度评判疗效,随访2周,观察不良反应及复发率。结果中西药治疗组总有效率97.80%优于中药组的89.41%、西药组的84.15%(均P<0.05)。各组治疗前瘙痒程度积分、EASI评分差别不大(均P>0.05)。治疗后各组瘙痒程度积分、EASI评分均小于治疗前(均P<0.05),且中西药组瘙痒程度积分、EASI评分均低于中药组、西药组(均P<0.05)。各组未见明显不良反应。治疗2周后随访,中西药组复发率10.11%低于中药组的19.74%、西药组的46.38%(均P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗婴幼儿湿疹(湿热证)可获良好疗效。
Objective： To observe clinical effect of bathing with traditional Chinese medicine and Hydrocortisone Ointment on treating infantile eczema. Methods： 258 cases with infantile eczema were randomly divided into three groups： 91 cases in the Chinese and Western medicine group（bathing with traditional Chinese medicine and Hydrocortisone Ointment）,85 cases in the Chinese medicine group （bathing with traditional Chinese medicine）, and 82 cases in the Western medicine group （Hydroeortisone Ointment）. After one week＇s treatment,the effect was evaluated by EASI score and pruritus. The adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed after 2 weeks of follow-up. Results： The total effective rate of the Chinese and Western medicine group was 97.8% ,better than the Chinese medicine group 89.41% and the Western medicine group 84.14% （P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment,there was few difference in EASI score and pruritus among the 3 groups （P〉 0.05 ）. EASI score and pruritus after treat- ment was smaller than that before treatment （P〈 0.05） ,the Chinese and Western medicine group smaller than the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group （P〈 0.05 ）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in all groups. In the follow-up after 2 weeks of treatment, the recurrence rate of the Chinese and Western medicine group was 9.89% ,lower than the Chinese medicine group 17.65% and the Western medicine group 39.02% （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese plus Western medicines is a good way to treat infantile eczema,worth clinical appli- cation.
