摘要
地方开放大学是发展社会教育、建设学习型社会的责任主体,将地方开放大学打造为区域社会教育中心是加快构建终身教育体系、服务地方经济社会发展的重要战略举措。广播电视大学向开放大学转型发展,应紧紧抓住这一机遇,围绕区域社会教育中心的目标定位、基本功能、主要任务和建设重点进行谋划,在"开放"上下功夫,在"质量"上做文章,在"推进"上求突破。
Local Open University is the liability entity of social education development and learning society construction,so it is an important strategic measure to make local Open University into a regional social education centre so as to speed up the construction of life-long learning system and serve the development of local economy and society. In the course of the Radio and TV University transforming into Open University,it is important to seize this opportunity and make a plan about the objective and orientation,the basic function,the main task and construction priority involving in the regional social education center,especially,to focus more effort on ＂ Open＂,to work on ＂ Quality＂ and to have a breakthrough in ＂ Boost＂.
