摘要
为提高燃油燃烧器在沥青混合料搅拌设备工作中的燃尽率,节约生产成品料的成本,提高用户的实际利润,系统分析了影响沥青混合料搅拌设备用燃油燃烧器燃尽率的各个因素,通过严格选择符合品质要求的燃料以及对燃烧器、干燥滚筒、引风除尘系统使用及维护方面的改进,为操作者提供切实可行的解决燃烧不充分问题的办法,在提高燃油燃尽率的同时,达到设备使用高效率、低能耗的目标。
In order to improve the burnout rate of oil burner of asphalt mixing plant, to reduce production cost and to yield better profit for the users, factors that affect the burnout rate were systematically analyzed. By using quality fuel and making improvement in the using and maintenance of burner, drying drum and dust removal system, and providing users with effective solutions to insufficient combustion, the burnout rate is improved, and a goal of high efficiency and low energy consumption will be achieved.
